Delete your account and data

Last updated 22 September 2026

You can have your Moody's Deadly Darts Master account and everything stored with it deleted at any time — whether you signed up on the website, the installed app or through Google Play.

How to ask for deletion

Email support@moodysdeadlydarts.com from the email address on your account, with “Delete my account” in the subject line. That is all we need — we confirm it is you from the sending address and no other details are required.

Prefer to clear only your scores and keep playing? Sign in and use Reset stats on your Stats page instead — that wipes match history without closing your account.

What gets deleted

  • Your sign-in details and profile (name, nickname, home venue, bio).
  • Every saved match, leg, dart, average and head-to-head record.
  • Career photos you uploaded.
  • AI coaching plans, sessions, ratings and notes.
  • Online match history, tournament results and milestone badges.
  • Any device reminder registrations.

What we have to keep

Purchase and refund records are kept for seven years because Australian tax law requires it. Those records hold the transaction, amount and date only — they are never used to rebuild your playing account. Anonymous, aggregated counts (for example how many legs were played in total) are also kept, as they cannot be traced back to you.

How long it takes

We action requests within 7 days and complete deletion — including backups — within 30 days. You get an email confirming when it is done. Deletion is permanent: your purchase unlock cannot be restored afterwards, so if you only want a break from the app, keep the account and simply sign out.

Bought through Google Play?

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel that in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions before you ask us to delete the account.
