Terms of Service
Last updated 14 August 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and Matthew Moody (ABN 80 885 833 422, trading as Moody's Deadly Darts Master; “we”, “us”), based in Perth, Western Australia, Australia. They cover your use of our website and app (the “Service”). By creating an account or buying anything from us you accept these terms.
1. What the Service is
The Service is a darts scoring app you use alongside a real dartboard. You throw at your own board and record what you hit. We do not supply darts, boards or any physical goods.
2. Accounts
- You must be at least 13 years old to hold an account, or have a parent or guardian agree to these terms for you.
- Keep your login details secure; you are responsible for activity on your account.
- Give accurate details and keep your email current so we can reach you about your membership.
- You can delete your account at any time, which removes your saved matches and stats.
3. Purchases and memberships
- One-off purchases (such as the Deadly Doubles game unlock and the Player tier) give you access to those features on your account with no ongoing fee.
- The Clubhouse membership is a recurring subscription billed monthly in Australian dollars until you cancel.
- Prices shown include any GST or other taxes that apply to you, unless stated otherwise at checkout.
- Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle appears on your bank statement alongside our name, and we never see or store your full card details. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are also covered by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.
- You can cancel your Clubhouse membership at any time. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- If a payment fails we may retry it and pause Clubhouse features until the payment succeeds.
- We may change prices or plan contents. Existing subscribers get at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change affects them, and can cancel before it takes effect.
- Promotional access is given at our discretion and can be withdrawn if abused.
4. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law
Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Among other things, you are entitled to a remedy if a service is not supplied with due care and skill or is not fit for the purpose we described. Nothing in these terms limits those rights. Refunds are covered in our Refund Policy.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not attempt to bypass paywalls, tamper with membership records, or share access credentials to avoid paying.
- Do not interfere with the Service, scrape it at scale, or attempt to break its security.
- Do not use online play or shared codes to harass other players or post offensive names.
- We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly breach these rules.
6. Intellectual property
We own the Service, its game designs (including Deadly Doubles), artwork, logos and code. You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it while your access is active. Your own match data stays yours, and you can export it.
7. Availability
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Features may change, and online play depends on your internet connection and device. We may perform maintenance or retire features with reasonable notice.
8. Safety
Darts are sharp. You are responsible for playing safely, setting up your board properly and supervising children. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for injury or property damage from playing darts.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, and other than the consumer guarantees described above, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or supplying the service again, whichever we choose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia, and you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that State.
11. Contact
