Refund Policy

Last updated 14 August 2026

We want you scoring happily at the oche. This policy explains when we refund a purchase. It sits alongside — and never replaces — your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Your consumer guarantee rights

Our digital products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If the app has a major problem — for example it does not work as we described, or a paid game will not unlock and we cannot fix it — you can choose a refund or a repair of the service. For a minor problem we will fix it within a reasonable time; if we cannot, you can then ask for a refund. Change of mind alone is not covered by the consumer guarantees, but see our goodwill window below.

One-off purchases (Deadly Doubles $0.99, Player $2.99)

  • 14-day goodwill refund: ask within 14 days of purchase and we will refund in full, even for change of mind. Access to the unlocked features is removed.
  • Duplicate or accidental purchases are refunded in full at any time.
  • After 14 days, refunds are assessed against the consumer guarantees above.

Clubhouse membership ($9.99 per month)

  • Cancel at any time from your subscription page. Cancelling stops future billing and you keep Clubhouse access until the end of the period you have paid for.
  • We do not usually refund part-months, because you keep full access for the rest of the period.
  • First-time subscribers can ask for a full refund of their first month within 14 days if the app is not for them.
  • If you were charged after cancelling, or charged twice, we refund that payment in full.
  • If a serious fault stopped you using Clubhouse features for a significant part of a billing period, tell us and we will refund or credit that period.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, our payment provider retries it and you will see a retry prompt in the app. Clubhouse features pause during that grace period and resume as soon as the payment clears. No refund is needed for a payment that never succeeded.

How to request a refund

Our orders are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record and handles refunds. Request a refund at paddle.net using the email address on your receipt, or email support@moodysdeadlydarts.com with the email address on your account, what you bought and roughly when, and what went wrong. We acknowledge requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank. Paddle ’s own refund policy also applies.

Purchases made through an app store

If you bought through the Google Play Store, that purchase is handled by Google’s billing system and their refund process applies. Contact us anyway if you need a hand and we will point you the right way.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with a refund decision, reply to us and we will review it. You can also contact your local consumer affairs office or the ACCC at accc.gov.au.
